I contacted Mike looking for some assistance with my gaming PC. My graphics card had gone out and I was having cooling issues. Mike was able to get my PC into his possession via appointment the very next day. Over the following week he was able to diagnose and fix my cooling issues by adding new hardware as well as perform a full diagnostic scan and benchmark my new components to ensure I was receiving my PC back in full function. My PC runs cooler and better than it ever did previously and it was all tied together with a very affordable service. Highly recommend contacting Mike, he's knowledgable and communicates well. I will definitely be returning if I ever run into complications again.

Was slightly worried about bringing my 10k PC to an apartment to drop off, but the service was well worth going through that little bit of worry. Mike was wonderful to deal with, super friendly and knowledgeable. I got my gaming PC back within a few days and it was cheaper (and faster) than it would have cost me to send it back to where I bought it from for my “free” repairs under warranty for the third time. Mike went above and beyond our expectations. We brought our PC in for diagnostics. Very friendly and professional, the real deal. He made us feel confident and trusting when we first dropped off our PC.

We brought in a high-performance custom build that had black screen issues and wouldn't boot up. He was extremely thorough with his diagnostics process, and kept us updated the whole way through. It ended up being the GPU, and rather than handing off the problem to us, he started the manufacturer's warranty process for us to get the ball rolling at no extra cost. All we had to do was bring it to the post office for shipping.

He has exceeded all expectations in professionalism, tech knowledge, pricing, and follow-up. We'll most certainly trust Mike over any major retailer repair service, as the personal touch here is clear and well worth it. Thanks again Mike!

I gotta say, I was a bit skeptical with so many glowing reviews but Mike is the real deal. I gave him my work PC and personal PC with heat issues to diagnose.
