At first they were great. Unfortunately, their service response slowed down considerably. Also sent out tech repeatedly that had little or no knowledge of Apple/Mac OS, although they had assured us they had lots of experience with Macs. They would show up "Oh, you have Macs!" and spent tons of time Googling and trying to figure things out. They also hooked us up with VOIP and sometimes left use for days without phone service. Their "local" support, after hours went to a guy in South Africa! Not happy at all. We have changed providers.

Top tier IT solutions. A company I previously worked for used their services. Their technicians helped keep one of our extremely outdated estimating software and it's very fussy databases up and running during the switch over to more robust and stable modern software. Highly professional staff, and quick response time. I would suggest their services for any medium to large company or corporation.

Had an issue with a file folder missing in my drive. Colin was very polite and patient, running through all of the possibilities for the folder being gone. Turns out the file had been moved by someone else without my knowledge, but if it frustrated Colin (it would have if it were me), he didn't show it, and reassured me that this sort of thing happens often. Great service!

I have worked with 365 on simple computer problems as well as complex IT projects and they have consistently provided excellent service and quick-turnaround times.

Joey was an absolute please to work with to attempt to resolve our error. He was knowledgeable, personable, and he went above what was expected of him. While the error was due to proprietary software that was inaccessible by anyone but the parent company; Joey still did everything he could from 365's side of things. Highly recommend.
