Had the opportunity to work here while our company was setting up our new office. Fantastic setup for anyone self employed, freelance or working remote. Has everything you could ask for and Martine is exceptional at running the space. She accommodated our needs for 2 desks beside each other so our team could collaborate easier and booking the board room was super easy. Could not recommend 3rd rail enough

Hi, the 3rd Rail is a great spot to work, outside of your home office or regular office. It has all the amenities you need, fridge, coffee, friendly faces and plenty of parking. I thoroughly enjoying changing up my workspace and working at the 3rd rail.

This space is perfect whether you need privacy or not. It also has a boardroom that you can rent at no extra fee which is amazing! The prices are the best I’ve seen for a coworking space. Not to mention Martine is incredibly responsive and attentive. I thoroughly enjoyed working here.

Working at the 3rdRail Coworking space for several years was very helpful for me as a freelancer. New collaborative connexions and work assignments came as a result of contacts via the 3rdRail. Personally, my productivity improved because it reduced distractions and helped me differentiate my work-life balance -- the walk(!) to and from the 3rdRail were also helpful times to gear up and wind down from work. The boardroom was also helpful for client meetings (vs. my living room at home). Martine is a helpful and conscientious host and manager of the space.

I love this co-working space and it's perfect for freelancers and remote workers who need to get out of the house to get work done. The management team is extremely attentive, it's very reasonably priced, there's a ton of natural light, and it's in a great central location. Maybe most importantly for me, this is the only co-working space in town with 24 hour access.

Martine knows how to run a co-working space! She’s been in the business for many years and her passion is just as bright. 3rdRail is spacious with lots of light right on the rail line to Toronto. It couldn’t get any more convenient.
