Stopped by Tech Experts today looking for a cord that might work with my Nikon battery charger. I had forgot the plug-in part in Alberta and had no way to charge my camera up during my visit home! The gentleman at the counter asked what he could help me with, I told him my situation and showed him my battery charger. He lifted an eyebrow and looked down, picked up a cord and plugged it in. It worked! He said the cord had been lying around for 2-weeks; it came off of another piece of equipment that they no longer had. He just dropped it in the trash an hour ago, so chuckled and told me not to worry about it, I could take it. All smiles on my way out the door, made my day !! What were the chances ? Haha very glad to have my camera charged and ready for the remainder of my visit home, thank you!!

Had damage (liquid most likely) on the screen. Me and the repair man had a great conversation about this right to repair laws lagging in our country and was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable as heck. Customer service was A+ screen is flawless, just did didn’t enjoy the cost but that’s due to apples disingenuous repair options.

Still far less than bringing it to apple for repair $500 screen repairs. Can’t rave enough about the knowledge about the guy behind the counter.

Would recommend 10/10. Prompt and knowledgeable service is so invaluable. Support these guys as a tech nerd myself.

These guys are efficient and friendly. I have never had a bad experience contacting them or going into their business. The staff is well rounded and each have their specialty to the table.
