I took my Hybrid Brow Course with Ciara and Jen at Innovative and I can not say enough good things. Both owners operate with the utmost professionalism and integrity. They CARE about their students and their clients. The education was comprehensive and organized, and the products provided to students in the kits are high quality. When you finish your education, you are prepared and equipped to provide quality services to your own clients. Jen and Ciara offer mentorship to all their students for a year after graduation, as well as a chair rental program within their studio.

I was so nervous starting the course not knowing what to expect or really what I was doing- Ciara and Jen were so very welcoming and kind- sharing their own stories of their careers and their "why". I had so much fun learning from them- their personalities compliment each other and their hilarious back-and-forth banter really makes the experience memorable and personable.

I trained to become a permenant makeup artist at Innovative Beauty Academy. Jenn and Ciara are the instructors and owners of Innovative. It was a pleasure to be able to learn from these amazing women. Jenn and Ciara are honest, hard working women who want to see every woman have a successful career. Not only did Jenn and Ciara provide me with everything I needed to start working the day I graduated, they provided me a place to work, and gave me all their knowledge of how to run a successful business. Their mentorship has given me the confidence to work on my own. I can ask a question or advice anytime I need. I have gained a large group of supporters and fellow colleagues thanks to the encouragement of Jenn and Ciara. They always encourage women to work together and build eachother up. I am so grateful to be able to have met these ladies and be able to work beside them. I will never be able to truly describe how much this experience changed my life and professional future. I trained with Jenn & Ciara from Innovative back in January in manual and machine microblading and shading. The girls are absolute masters of their craft. They prioritize the highest standards in the industry and made it so much fun to learn. Jen has been doing my brows now for 3 years and after speaking with her about my "fear" of entering the PMU world, she quickly made me believe in myself and convinced me to take the plunge.
I am SO glad I did!
The class was very laid back and friendly, and of course, so informative. Both Ciara and Jen made sure to go over everything and answer every question we had to the fullest.
When model day came, I felt very comfortable and confident in my new abilities. With them by my side watching my every moves and positively correcting me when needed, my model also felt relaxed and in good hands.
They showed us how to be overly careful with our cleaning and disinfecting and I am proud to follow the same rules now in my own salon. I am truly blown away by all the knowledge these 2 have, and their willingness to share all of their secrets.

Ciara made me feel so comfortable with something I really wanted to do but was nervous about and took the time to explain the process step by step. The shop itself is kept so clean and has the absolute cutest decor. These girls are great at what they do and tailor the experience to each individual client. They continuously educate themselves and keep up with all the latest trends, technology and machinery.
