This Starbucks is really great! It's usually not busy, so you can expect short wait times! The inside is comfy and warm, it's welcoming to each and every one of us. I highly recommend coming here!

Me and my coworker visit every Friday morning. It's not just about grabbing our favourite treats but the fantastic service that brightens our long week of teaching pre-k. We enjoy taking the extra time to go inside to order because Betty, Steven and all the staff take the time to make us feel welcome and ensure each visit is fantastic.

Very clean and well stocked with Starbucks merchandise. Customer service is at the level you would expect from Starbucks (Great!). Quick service. The location could use a little artwork and music for a better ambiance.

This is a great Starbucks. The wait time was quick inside which I prefer compared to the drive-thru. This location has the best service, by far! The barista who took our order was outgoing, friendly, and helpful.

They also have a really good selection of Starbucks merchandise; they have reusable recycled glass travel mugs that I haven't seen at any of the other locations and look very different.

Usually I do get good service but almost Everytime I go there I never get strawberries in my drink even tho I ask for them everytime

Diluted coffee. Can’t understand why a company that is making so much money on coffee that they would resort to diluting coffee to maintain profits. I ordered a Pike Place roast but what I got was in likelihood a pike place diluted to about 5:1. It was terrible and insulting to me a customer. They must have known it would cause this review. Once franchise owner of disestablishment, get your act together start serving good coffee again as the Pike Place roast, when brewed properly is very flavourful and rewarding to drink. To the owner, I ordered it around 1pm on may 11.

I was served by Betty and Steven. They were fantastic! What a great experience! Nothing but smiles, kindness, and support as I stumbled my way through the menu and ordering. They were helpful with suggestions, and went above and beyond. Thank you for brightening my day!

Occasionally it's really good, seems like every 1 trip of 5 trips I can get a really great drink but the other 4 times the drinks just aren't good or the same, way too much ice or milk, barely any cold foam, so inconsistent from the days when the same order of drinks are made so well. Unimpressed as its expensive for a coffee but half the time feels like they are just trying to push drinks out and not make quality drinks.

Photo is venti shaken brown sugar oat espresso (almost $8 coffee) that was gone in a few sips - so much ice even after sitting for a couple minutes.
