I was expecting 2 boxes to be picked-up from this location and they were part of a single shipment. I picked-up one box of the shipment and asked your employee if there's other box, he said no and did not even check. Now, my other box is lost somewhere at your place because the merchant says it was sent out as a part of the same shipment to your location. Thanks for wasting my time and money.
An advice to people who have an option to choose where to pick-up your valuable items: Do not select this location.

Canada post gave away my iPhone 14 Pro Max I bought on eBay. Its tracking code said delivered , open my mail to fine a key to an empty parcel box . Called to complain to their customer service, told me they will get back to me .they never did . Followed up with several calls. Later they send me a email saying issue resolved when I have not received my parkage. It’s been 2 weeks and it’s and knowing had said anything positive to me . I am honestly disappointed in their service .

I went there to drop my parcel for return, the girl name NAV was extremely unprofessional, rude and disrespectful towards all customers. No greeting first of all, she handled my parcel in such a rude way and without eye contact while I was still talking say turned her on me. I afraid to go there in future . She needs to learn some etiquette and customer service.

Neshad curses at customers and is so mean and rude. I watched her as she was arguing with a man and then she started on me for simply asking a question. Good job at training your staff Canada Post!

Please send this review to whomever manages this particular post office as this employee deserves recognition.

Today I was there with my 1.5 yr old baby to send a package. I had to write the addresses on the package and had a bit of a hard time keeping my baby close to me while I did so. She wanted to run around and get into things. Nav was so kind to keep her entertained while I was busy and it made the experience easy and less stressful! She didn’t have to do that and it’s certainly not expected. It was pure kindness.

I’m not sure if this is where I should leave this comment, but it’s all I could find.

I used to receive great service from this post office. Unfortunately they hired some new workers and one of them just has a very lack lustre attitude. I send and receive quite a lot of mail regularly, so I'm familiar with both procedures. On more than one occasion this new employee has had an "I don't care" attitude, which makes going to this post office such a hassle.

They simply refuse to answer the phone. Been waiting on the line for 25 minutes now. Canada Post lost one of my packages and their suggestion was to call the post offices in my area and see if they had it (instead of me physically driving around to each one in the neighbourhood). Looks like I will have to drive around to each one after all.
