I have only had two situations where I have had to deal with them, but both were handled very professionally. Both times there wasn’t much they could do for me, the first time it was just cheaper for me to buy a new laptop so they only charged me for the diagnosis and that was it. The second time was today, I email them about a problem with my computer hoping that I could bring it to them to get it fixed, they responded informing me that they are no longer in the province they were in originally but they still took the time to give me some tips and pointers on what could be the problem as well as some alternative places I can bring my computer!

My service experience with Richard was outstanding. I highly recommend him for any computer issue. My laptop hard drive was severely corrupted and he took great care and time recovering my data. He was extremely knowledgeable and kept me informed. It was great to have such a great experience and his rates were very good.

This company is great!! Mr. Chislett has fixed multiple things for me over the years! My all in one computer and my Mac book! And as I don’t drive Mr. Chislett came to my house to see if he could fix it onsite and when he could not, gladly took it and brought it back to me free of charge! I would recommend him to anyone!!!!
