I buy everything for my kids here! Huge selection, great prices, friendly staff. Amazing selection of kids clothing with a lot of boutique brands. No Walmart brand or low quality items here. Sizes go up through teens (maybe 16?) so there’s something for everyone.

I brought a few items to sell today and as soon as I drop them off, they were ready to be immediately picked back up. Just because you have a black face doesn’t mean you’re not racist Business. The customer service the vibes were off, and I will not return back to the store rather go to once upon a child right up the street from you guys.

The store was very well organized, clean, very large with lots of variety. Babies, toddlers and kids clothes, toys, gear and furniture. I do wish some of the size section labels were larger. Checkout was quick and friendly. We will be back!

I have contemplated on whether to provide a review because I am a very passive individual but I feel that I needed to say something, as I feel like I should be valued as a customer. Previous experiences at this store have been very pleasant. My last experience was not pleasant. My mother and I visited the store about 2 weeks ago. When we walked in, there were five people behind the register, they all glanced at us for about 5 seconds. We proceeded to walk in, then one of the individuals, farthest away from the door, finally greeted us. I did not feel welcomed and it was a cold greeting. As we walked down the aisle, another customer came in and was immediately and pleasantly greeted upon entrance. My mother and I were eager to browse for items for my grandson but after this experience we simply walked out without browsing or making a purchase. I am not sure why we were not given the welcoming greeting, as expected when entering a retail location where we are willing to spend our money. I can speculate on the reason why but I would rather not. In this day in time, I would expect that all consumers be treated as equal.

This place used to be a regularly visited store for me and my kids because it’s like a toy wonderland and the fact that my kids can play and pick out toys is the best part, unfortunately we moved about an hour from the store and cannot visit anymore! We will miss Beanstalk, there is no place like it.

Beanstalk is simply the best! Their standards for secondhand clothing and items for kids are super high; most of the items we get there look brand new. I love how neatly the entire store is organized. Staff here are super nice and helpful!
