We took delivery of our Machitech plasma machine in 2013 with much trepidation about whether it was the right machine for our shop and our needs. It took a few months before we truly understood what we had and now this machine is the busiest and most productive in our shop. In fact, I am not certain how we survived without it. From the first dealings with Machitech, we had positive service and wonderful support. Our questions and concerns were listened to and acted upon. From the sales team, to the installation guys and the support people we have had nothing but excellent service, and that does not even mention management who had a big hand in getting us on board with Machitech. Everybody has been a team player and a valuable asset when we called upon them. My highest recommendation goes to the machine, the company and the staff, I could expect no more of them.

As the owner of a small metal fabrication shop, purchasing a new CNC plasma machine was a big investment for us. Price was important to me, but just as important was quality of machine and level of support provided by the manufacturer. The machine was delivered on time and virtually fully assembled. The technician spent the first day setting up the machine and making some test cuts. On day two we were up and running, cutting production parts and receiving training. The machine is over two years old and is still running and producing quality parts as when it was new. The few times I have had questions, the support team at Machitech has been very friendly and helpful. I am very happy with our decision to buy the SilverCut machine and would strongly recommend Machitech to any company looking for a high quality CNC plasma machine with excellent focus on customer service.
