I w as having huge issues with my laptop losing the connection to my printer. I was constantly having to find the printer app over and over and
then turning the printer off and on the connect the two.
Mike was awesome at getting things back on track and ran some updates and now everything is great. He is very knowledgeable, professional and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend him!
