Purchased iPhone 12 from Facebook add he had posted. Had add posted saying it was 128 GB, when bought the phone it was only 64GB. The same day I tried to activate the phone the screen went black. Contacted Matt regarding my concerns and asked for my $$ back. Noticed in settings I had a message saying non genuine apple part. Matt told me he replaced the screen. He denied me my $$ back. Screen did work after and he agreed to warranty the display screen for a year. Few months later my screen goes black. Calls Matt regarding my concerns and the warranty he promised. Denied the warranty and would not help. Had my screen replaced at another repair shop. Very unprofessional.
