The worst of the worst. This taxpayer funded service exists to serve the businesses of this district, not the public. I know the staff are paid a higher than average wage for what they do, imagine what the management is paid. Do not be fooled by the 🌈 sign in the window, whoever you are, if the top manager deems you as someone she does not like for whatever reason, you will be told to leave and never return, and she has lots of political power and social connections in Banff and Canmore and beyond to enforce it, no one will be on your side, because the people who own, operate, and control Banff and Canmore all stick together as one.

I seriously have to question what the purpose of this place is.. the staff are friendly but they are so clearly inexperienced and don't want to do their job and just sit around at their computers doing nothing or chatting to each other.. i have to write this review because you need to hire better staff. Feels so unwelcoming and the place is not helpful. If you want to keep a bunch of staff that don't care for their job and just enjoy how easy they make it for themselves.. then your just wasting resources.. i got everything i needed done at the library despite trying to use the services at least five seperate occasions

So unprofessional .. i would give negative rating if i could.. i felt like i was in high school with a bunch of girls gossiping about me while im just sending out and doing job search related tasks.

Looking for work in Banff then this is the place to come. The staff are super helpful and will review your resume and print it for free, give advice and even do a practice interview with you. Free use of computers, workspace and WIFI to apply for jobs and a frequently changing job board as well.
