Deplorable customer service. Stay away from this place.

I tried grabbing another sizing from the top shelves of a hoodie I liked, and the Asian guy working there just yelled "no" multiple times at me. He took the hoodie out of my hands and pointed at the rest of the display hoodies. There was no size M there, I had looked, thus I reached for the shelves. I offered to put the hoodie back on the shelf, to which he simply turned around and went to the other side to continue watching us.

My partner was looking through some pants, and when he went to ask for different sizing and if he had a changing room, the guy—once again—yanked the item out of my partner's hands and practically started yelling "no, same size same size" at him. My partner pointed at the L sizing in the label, to which the worker replied by ripping it off of it and said "you got it from the other side, I don't know why you're asking me". My partner pointed at the rack where he had gotten the pants from, inquiring again why is it one size if it says L and it's in your side/in your store. The guy casually just forced a laugh and said "oh no, no more sizing". Didn't even apologize to my partner for his mistake or yanking the item out of his hand.

Don't even bother reasoning with this guy, he just yells at you. I've worked in customer service, and no matter what type of day I'm having, I don't just yell at customers.

This store used to be so good. They had the most fun little gadget things. I don’t know if there was a change in ownership or just direction but I used to always find super fun things to buy when in Banff 5-6 times a year. Now... it’s just another souvenir store. At least they still have the zoltar machine. One of three in Canada.

I didn’t have a great customer experience at this store today. No eye contact, curt replies to questions, and zilch for customer service. However, the owner of the store was quick to reply to my review and I feel completely heard. So, it was a 1 star experience with one particular worker, but 5 stars for the management who believe in good customer service.

Stay away from this place . The item said $4.99 and when the Japanese girl scanned it and says $19.99 won’t honour the price. I told her to call her manager and she called some filipina lady who pretended to be the manager . Asked her for the owners number and then she couldn’t find the business card . Stay away
