Last year I completed a day-long Reiki level one course with another instructor that left me feeling unprepared and confused. A month later I stumbled upon the Medium in the Middle podcast, and Stephanie's approach to Reiki really resonated with me. I decided that I needed a level one "do-over" and enrolled in her course. I am so glad that I did!

Stephanie's Reiki level one course was thorough, insightful and entertaining. She kept it fresh and provided plenty of opportunities for practice and questions. I appreciated the small class size, and the two day format gave me plenty of time to integrate and digest what I had learned and experienced - all from the comfort of my home.

Stephanie is a gifted teacher! I highly recommend her level one training for anyone interested in exploring Reiki for the first time as well as anyone who, like me, feels they need to retake Reiki level one. I now feel confident, prepared and excited to practice Reiki on myself. I look forward to taking level two with Stephanie later this year!

I have loved Steph’s podcast(medium in the middle) and have gleaned much knowledge. I took her Reiki level 1 course this past weekend and it was top notch! Steph is knowledgeable and poised as a teacher, she’s straight forward, what she says she will deliver is exactly what you get! To top it off she’s accessible and open to questions as her students grow! Definitely have found a diamond in the rough!

I was able to have the great opportunity to attend the Reiki Level 1 course via zoom with Stephanie. I found her podcast, or should I say HER PODCAST FOUND ME! and I absolutely knew I'd have to take at least one of the many courses she offers!
I went in with a completely open mind about virtually meeting her and taking her course.
Although a little nervous, through messaging she reassured me there was no need to be 🙂
Her calming, direct, informative and professional way of teaching, is exactly what WE, as learners in this industry need.
I can go on about how amazing the experience was and has been. But only YOU can try for yourself and see!
Remember she is not only in person, but online as well!

I was looking for someone to learn reiki from and found Medium in the Middle! I could feel Stephanie's genuineness from her podcast and decided to take Reiki Level 1 with her. I'm so grateful to have found her. You can tell that she's very passionate about Reiki and that she cares about her students. I did my reiki level 1 training with Stephanie virtually after taking a course in person that left me feeling like I still needed more understanding to feel confident with my practice & development. After taking Stephanie's course I can confirm she really has covered all the bases and I learned more of the history and different techniques to have a solid foundation. Her course is extremely thorough to ensure her students feel confident and adequately prepared to incorporate reiki healing into your everyday life. I will definitely be returning for level 2!

I recently completed Usui Reiki Level 1 with Stephanie. The course was extremely informative with a good mix of learning and practice of Reiki exercises. I would highly recommend this course. Stephanie is a wonderful teacher.
