Une personne est présente pour toute aide dont faire de la monnaie.

장기 캠핑여행이라 세탁이 필수였는데, 큰 세탁기와 건조기도 있어서 정신없이 많은 사람들 속에서 먼저 와서 동전교환부터 필요한거 없는지 엄청 챙겨봐주셔서 감사했습니다! 너무 도움 많이 받아서 뭘해드리면 좋지 했는데 작게나마 리뷰라도 남겨봅니다 🙂
Very supportive and you can get help easily. For camping trip, (not RV) washing clothes was essential and we got a lot of helps from the owners and there are a plenty of washing machines and driers for many sizes.

We stood in Banff this past week and researched this laundry mat ahead of time. We do a lot of travel w/backpacks to Europe, where it is difficult to wash clothes. We are from FL. We were super excited when we found this laundry mat.

We used their service twice. They allow you to drop off the clothes and charge you by the load. Personally, for the service I find the price to be fair. They clean, fold and organize your clothes so well. It felt amazing to have comfort in our clothes being taken care of during vacation.

We even had a little hiccup when we thought they misplaced some of our clothes- (it was actually my husband who didn't drop off all of the clothes 🤣)
I called them pretty upset and they went as far as checking cameras to confirm their services.
I felt so bad when my husband pulled out another bag of dirty clothes from the hotel!

The owners handled the situation so gracefully and with confidence in their system. I would recommend and use this laundry service over and over again. It was simple, location convenient, and worth the price. It is actually a highlight of our stay. Everything in Banff was lovely and at ease. We will be back!

Great service at a reasonable price.

We had a lot to get done this day so we opted to drop our clothes off and return later.

We dropped them off at 1045 hrs and they promised them by 1440 hrs. We returned closer to 1600 and they were done.

They were folded, separated into bags and nicely out together.

The facilities they have looked great. It was busy when we were there for both trips.

They told us if we didn’t have any coins, they would make change from their till.

밴프 시내에 있는 유일한 동전 세탁소일거에요. 한국인 사장님 부부께서 상주하시면서 매장을 청결하게 잘 관리하시는 걸 한눈에 알 수 있습니다. 일반 통돌이 세탁기는 5달러, 건조기는 3달러 예산 잡으시면 됩니다. (드럼 세탁기는 당연히 좀 더 비싸요)
건물 지하 1층 푸드코트 지나서 화장실 방향으로 가면 바로 보입니다.
