We stay here often for work and book 10+ rooms at a time. It's been-30 out and we're on day 2 of no hot water. Like common guys pay the money and get a tech out here to fix it when you have a full house of unhappy guests.

They were able to accommodate me on a last minute booking. Very helpful at the desk and available 24 hrs if I needed anything. The rooms are very spacious with a couch and a big counter in the living area. Very comfortable king sized beds, having the outdoor access is nice.

Room had bugs, not bed bugs, they were nysius raphanus, they bit at night. They said they would spray but it didn't seem to help. That alone will keep me from returning.

Good modern building, everything worked fine. They run a small staff which made it hard to service our room between cross shifts. Nothing else to complain about.

The staff were very nice and accommodating. We had a room away from the highway and it was really quiet throughout the night. The bed was comfortable and had great pillows! The room was clean and newly renovated, which was nice. And I guess that's why the price was a bit on the high side for the location and style of hotel. We were charged an extra $20 for our pet, something to be expected, I suppose, but there is at least one other chain that does not charge for pets.||||The breakfast was very much a continental offering. Cereal, yogurt, microwavable egg/sausage sandwiches, toast, etc. There were no hot dishes available the night we stayed there. This is good for people looking for a coffee and quick morning bite before heading out on the road to their destination. However, for those that want it, a decent, hot breakfast can be found at the diner attached to the Esso station across the street.||||In all, I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable, quiet sleep for folks travelling along the TransCanada.

Stayed here during a hockey tournament. We feel like we lucked out!!|Super clean, well appointed rooms. I am fussy and these rooms were spotless! |Beds were perfect. Very comfortable. |Staff were so accommodating, and friendly. |Loved the two doors to the rooms; could leave the room right out to our vehicle or take the corridor to the front desk, gym or breakfast room. |Highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Room super clean! Comfy mattress, no complaints.
Bath towels were small, and ragged. Breakfast had little choice, and zero to none for diabetic diet.
Good Coffee was good.
Internet connection sketchy at best!
Couldn't get any preparation done for next day.

Really clean, great beds, pretty spacious room with nice kitchen bar. Good shower. It was perfect for our hockey tournament. Good price. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
