Brought in my Microsoft Surface for a windows 11 install and refresh and could not be more happy. The surface is like new now running fast and much more pleasant to work on. The price was very reasonable & service was all done in a quick and efficient manner same day. Very pleased and would not hesitate to recommend DBCS for any computer work, upgrades etc.

Excellent company to deal with. Bought a refurbished 19" monitor because I needed those proportions - to replace one that I had. Extremely good price. DBCS provided seamless, professional, HONEST responses to every question I had .. Very impressive. I received it, shipped to me, 2000 miles away, in perfect condition. I highly recommend this company and I woulds absolutely purchase and deal with them again!

My computer works amazingly! My son is planning to build a gaming computer, and I will definitely have DBS Computer Services, help with that. I drove just over an hour for this amazing service.

David was very helpful when I approached him about building a PC a couple of years ago; I explained what I needed it for and what my preferred specs were and he gave me options on many of the different components and explained the plus/minus to each. I am very happy with what he put together for me, it is still a solid machine and continues to do what I need it to. I would definitely go back should I need another build or refinements to the original he built. Professional service all the way.

This company operates like a scam. They take your money and then demand additional delivery fees after the transaction is complete. If you don’t pay, they only offer store credit—minus a restocking fee.

Before resolving the issue, they restock the product online at a higher price to resell it. It’s clear this is how they make money.

To top it off, my credit card information was leaked after this purchase. I can’t say for sure who’s responsible, but it raises serious questions.

Avoid this company at all costs.

Why would you waste money on a new computer when you can get a proven solution for a fraction of the cost? Fantastic prices, great selection and David asks you all the right questions to get you into the equipment that meets your needs.
