Best people ever to work with, whether it’s booking appointments or checking in for one or understanding what doctors have given referrals for or not! They seem to really care!

I had an exceptional experience this morning after accidentally hitting ’9’ rather than ’1’ to a text message, which meant I cancelled/wanted to reschedule rather than confirm my appointment. The amazing Selena (I hope I got her name right at the Airdrie clinic - she was sitting at the far left of reception)
was very sympathetic and got the team to squeeze me in which meant I didn’t have to wait until April for another appointment. I really appreciate her efforts! Thank you so much!

Staff are always friendly. They were able to fit me in fast for my ultrasound. My family history of cancer makes waiting to have an ultrasound appointment weeks out anxiety causing. Pureform has always been able to book my appointments faster than the other radiology clinics.

I was so appreciative of the patience and kindness of Christa in exray. I was a difficult patient as I have a lot of pain in my back, hips and knees and also my shoulder. She was so sweet and didn’t rush me. Later went to ultrasound and Natasha was also great!

I had a cortisone injection booked at the airdrie location. I had previously been to a mayfair clinic with a horrible experience & was extremely nervous for this appointment.
But the nurse/dr. were so sweet& understanding. She talked to me the whole procedure while I cried & had a panic attack. I didn't even get a chance to thank her after my appointment. It really helped to have someone be so patient with me during this. I also experienced zero pain after the first 24hrs, vs the month of pain I had previously at the other clinic.
So thank you to this clinic & the people working here.

Was running late for my appointment so I called to make arrangements the person I was talking to on the phone said it was fine but because I had to wait for the elevator to get to the 2nd floor I was too late and they canceled my appointment. Would not recommend. Clerk at desk couldn't even get up to talk to anybody to ask for me. Just said no.

I have been many times for ultrasounds, biopsy, mammograms and all my experiences were with very compassionate people.BUT this last time I went for a mammogram the tall thin lady that did it caused me distress as she was pushing my breast with her hand against the plate while she pressured it into place with so much force I thought my breast would "break" I expressed my pain with a long ouuuch" but she continued to her panel and ignored me. I later expressed to her that it was so tight I couldn't even inhale and she did the next position just as tight. I'm upset because this was weeks ago and I still feel pain. I will NEVER let her near me again! I also had an ultrasound done on my other side (as I had a mastectomy) and Natasha was a 10/10!

Wow, if I could give zero stars I would. If anyone is looking for any kind of fetal maternal ultrasound I highly recommend going to the EFW around the corner.

First of all the booking staff & the reception really need to re evaluate the positions they are in. If you’re so unhappy with your job, and working with people, then maybe it is time to find another career without face to face or any kind of human interaction. Just simply rude & full of attitude.

My experience here had a domino effect that will forever change my outlook on pregnancy & the probability of any future pregnancies…
The equipment they use is clearly not designed for fetal detection, and due to the poor performance of their equipment, led my doctor to believe my baby was missing vital growth milestones & in which led me to believe something was wrong with my unborn baby. Mental anguish & emotional distress for the last 24 hours is an understatement. I will be canceling any further appointments with this unprepared & under qualified clinic & suggest you are careful when dealing or choosing who you would like to follow you throughout your pregnancies as well.

& Mona I do not care to follow up with a phone call. Thank you, but I would really like to leave this devastation behind me, and move on, with my HEALTHY baby & pregnancy.
