EDITED TO ADD: AUGUST 2023. I stand by the review below. We ended up switching our service to Telus Business Connect just a few months after my original review, and have been very happy with the service. Same technology/product, different level of service. ORIGNAL REVIEW: Please do not spend you money with this company. They will sell you on their professionalism and IT experience and then turn around and take as many opportunities to screw as they can. They quoted us one price, and then came in over twice the price. We had to hire our own IT professional to make several hours worth of repairs that they couldn't "figure out" only for them to turn around and say that they are the experts. A few months after the original phone installation we asked for some help and to speak with them over the phone we were charged a $120+ service fee, fast forward to a few months after that but still under a one year warranty and they tell us that we need to spend ANOTHER $800 to have a sonicwall installed, not part of any original quote but without the sonicwall it completely leaves our businesses vulnerable. What a scam from these crooks.

Startech have given us the best service for over 12 years. Frank and Robert have supplied the best technology to us and have never missed a deadline. Service above and beyond. They have access to enterprise class hardware that many other local suppliers can't be bothered to supply. The hands on and honest approach Robert brings is unheard of nowadays.
