I have tried reaching Catalyst multiple times regarding an auto-billed charge of $800 that I need refunded. Despite emailing and calling several times, no one has replied to me. It’s extremely frustrating to be ignored like this. I just want my money back, but they seem to be ghosting me. This level of customer service is beyond ridiculous

I have only recently started with Michael and his team, but I will not be shy to mention to any friends, family, and colleagues, the value that true IT specialists bring to a business. The ability to tell clients in confidence that I have appropriate systems in place and comprehensive support through Catalyst is well worth the investment.

It is not my habit to leave Google reviews. I always thought that the best way to show compliments to a business was to return for patronage and to provide direct feedback to owners so they could do with that information whatever they felt was appropriate.
