Kirk and his crew have always given us top notch service and very fair pricing. The tow operators are gentle on our customer's vehicles, courteous to my staff, and never vulgar or disrespectful.

My truck burned down on the highway and they picked it up as well as my trailer. More stars because they were accommodating in letting me access my trailer while I waited for insurance. Less stars because they were not upfront about their prices which I thought were too high and I was surprised by a very large invoice. I felt taken advantage of.

Fantastic service, the guys that gave me a hand had my back the the entire way and were incredibly courteous and kind. I cannot recommend them enough, they worked fast and kept me posted the entire way. If you need a tow, these guys have you covered.

The best service you’ll ever find guaranteed!!! Pat went beyond what you could ever expect anyone to offer! The nicest and friendliest tow guy I’ve ever dealt with and very reasonable prices! All in all 5 stars for this guy

Top notch service , called another place before I called these guys and was quoted 550 with a 2 -3 hour wait time I had to send pictures give quadrants to where I was (I was on a hwy and a range road corner) and was on the phone for 30 mins. Called carstairs towing and with only a 2 minute conversation they had a truck on the way even though I was in a whole different town(didsbury). In the end I waited about 20 Mins the truck arrived , pulled out my 1ton truck with out putting a scratch on it. And the bill was less then half of what I was quoted from the other guys.

Absolutely hands down a company I will recommend! Our driver was amazing, calm and helped my daughter and I threw a terrible situation. He talked us through the whole way and gave great directions to keep us safe. Again highly recommend this crew !

As a manager of a gas station, a customer came inside, claiming they had locked their keys inside their van, and there was a baby in the vehicle. When I went outside to try to assist them, I seen a Carstairs, towing tow truck pull into our lot. I immediately, approached the young lady driving and asked her if she would help. There was no hesitation. She got right to work, and got the mother back in her vehicle with her infant. She just wished everyone a nice day and went about her business. Not only a job well done, but a great humanitarian act. I would absolutely support them in the future.
