Dear UFA. As most of your employees do not know, your ordering website does offer a tail gate pick up option. Extremely convenient for parents, or people with disabilities. Please either start honouring said ‘tail gate pick up’, or remove it from your website completely and regress backwards in time to the days of pagers and land lines. Gold stars for mostly friendly staff and huge product selection.

Live out of town, called ahead to make sure UFA carried what I needed. They said they did and it was in stock, got there and not only did they not have it, they didn’t Carrie it at all. What a waste of my time and fuel. Won’t shop there again ever!

It's a great UFA with many items you can't get elsewhere, worth stopping if your looking for anything farm related. Also the only place I have found exclusively spruce plywood.
