I have rented twice from Rebound and both times they have been incredibly accommodating and made sure the bike was the right type and fit for my husband. They answered all my questions, went above and beyond with service, and followed up following our rental to make sure all was good. I cannot say enough good things. On one occasion, we had a flat tire and they got us fixed up in about 15 minutes BEFORE the store even opened. Really great service.

I have rented e-bikes from Rebound twice. Both times the mechanics made sure the suspension was set correctly, explained the bike to me, and answered my questions. I popped back after the first rental day and had them tweak the suspension and they were very helpful. I'll rent again from them. Great small business.

August 9, 2024: Follow - Up - received a phone call today from Rebound regarding my review/complaint. They acknowledged the problems and were wanting to rectify the issue. They refunded our fee for the rental and apologized for our problems with the bikes. I appreciated the fact that they reached out via e-mail and a phone call to try and rectify our bad experience. Not every company would do this, in fact a lot would just ignore the review/problem/complaint. I am impressed with their customer service and making that effort to try to resolve our issue. For this extra effort, I am grateful and Rebound Cycle merits 5 stars for trying to make things right!

August 7, 2024: Rented two e-bikes. On one the rear cassette needed replacing as the chain was always slipping and on the second one - there was hardly any power to from the battery to assist in riding the bike. By far the worst e-bike rentals that I have ever used. Don’t use this business to rent e-

Very happy with the advice and quality of the mountain bikes provided. Joe and Michal took great care in getting the right fitting, size, tire pressure and features. Located a short from the Nordic Center, was ideal getting to the trails quickly. We were also provided helmets and locks at no extra charge.

The staff was really helpful and professional. They were very accommodating with our group booking for e bikes. Although we had a mix up (which was caused by another business), rebound was extremely understanding and helpful.

I would recommend going with them over several of the other bike shops in the town.
