Here's my review. Of The Bassano Newell housing. The housing it self is good interior wise. There is absolutely no Internal Cameras to watch over your loved ones, and to monitor undisciplined staff members concerning your loved ones Saftey, or risk of abuse to staff, if any. Facility doors are not armed to safety protocols including alarms, leaving all persons vulnerable to high risk of wandering or external exposure. Kitchen staff will band together and run whatever new workers out that won't do all their dirty work for them, or adhere to manipulation games, and will talk behind your back about having you fired ,creating problems where no valid problems exisit . Protocol time management schedules for staff do not reflect work done and is fudged on paperwork to factual time frames. The work /pay ratio is not balanced. They like to let new hires go without valid reasons, especially if you report abuse or safety protocols wither for you or a client . Very unprofessional including W(place)H, health and safety protocols, and breach of privacy concerns thus, including personal belongings. Fire Alarms going off at all times of the night randomly. Rounds are not done as per scheduled for safety checks. Lack of hygiene with kitchen staff and smoking in the residential smoke rooms. If clients are late due to medical trips they may or may not be provided food, even if advised of the situation. Staff likes to breach privacy and require answer's to medical conditions from clients even though they are not in health care relations. OH&S payment made 2025.

Both staff and Our loved ones deserved to be kept safe. It starts with speaking up. No excuses !!

November 12th we moved my
mother-in-law into the Lodge. The staff we met were very professional and helpful with Pauline. Met some neighbors they were fantastic. It's like living in a hotel. It is an awesome place. Great choice. Thank you Brooks.
