I've ordered 3 times now. always an issue. won't answer phone, order wrong, attitude. first world problems, i know but just not worth the hassle.
Edit to respond: No confusion, nor fake review. Perhaps my roommate ordered under her name, no? Either way, when we tried calling, no one ever picks up. I'm not saying you aren't great, or that you "strive to provide exceptional service", I'm saying it's simply not worth the hassle for ourselves to order from you. Keep up your service 🙂

I’ve enjoyed the deliveries from over 15 restaurants along Banff Ave. To have this much selection wrapped up with one service for the entire Bow Valley really takes the stress out of trying to find parking downtown.

Tried these guys for the first time and they don't mess around unlike ToGo Canada (that's right, I said it). I ordered from Authentic Indian Restaurant and I was not disappointed. I also wanna point out that these guys delivered my hot food in a big snowstorm on unplowed roads within a half hour, now THAT'S service! Thanks guys! Keep up the great work!

P.S. The app/website a huge bonus! You can actually track your order and even message the driver about the order. What a time to be alive!
