I've Never experienced such disorganized service that sends in multiple Technicians in to fix one problem that can usually take over a week to resolve! Myself and many of my coworkers have wasted countless hours on the phone trying to get a technician to fix one single problem. It's nearly impossible to be productive and get work done when there is constantly ongoing issues with our computers and network that are never getting fixed. I would not reccommend this company to anyone I know. Do your research before choosing an IT company!

Had issues with my Toshiba laptop, requiring repairs. This is one of the repair depots in the area. Everything is great accept I find the repair time a little slow, it can be mostly blamed on Toshiba themselves as parts need to be ordered.

Poor management in IT management company. They providing services to all most of government offices in and surrounding rural areas. Their technicians are just landed from other countries with no experience.
