Drew was very professional and personable with repairing the broken screen to my new phone. He was able to fix it within a couple of days (which included having to special order the new screen). Responded to my text message every quickly during business hours. Was able to source parts for my Galaxy S21 Ultra the same day and compleat the repair exceptionaly quickly. We arranged convenient drop off and pick up locations and every is as good as new. Best repair service I have had by far!
