Convenient and like how petro points and Canadian Tire cards work together but for the love of God please fix your pump printers. Almost every single time they don't work and you have to go inside and wait in a line for a receipt. This has been a long standing problem at this location

$100 pay at the pump limit? I can't fill up my car for that, much less the truck. I don't want to waste time going inside. If this is a temporary thing, then I may end up going back there. Otherwise, I'll be going elsewhere for gas.

I went to fill up at 9pm, went inside to use up my cash. Cashier first told me no to cash, then just stared at me. I asked her if I wasn’t supposed to be paying cash? She then snatched it and sighed… ok. She asks if I a have petro card, I didn’t bring my phone in w me so I ask to give the phone number. She just stares and me blankly and I ask again she says yes, again, continues to stare at me. I say never mind; and tell her I’m super confused what’s going on. She honestly seemed high or just totally out of it.
Then mid pump it suddenly stops working. What a strange experience here

The gas pumps are always out of order. How does a gas station expect to sell gas when they can’t even get their pumps to work. The only reason why I go to this gas station is because of the 3 cents off with rbc, other than that I wouldn’t go here at all. I’m honestly just going to go to the no frills gas station at this point.

Called them out for overcharging on items we were buying. item marked on shelf was $4.29 and they were charging $4.99 for one item. showed cashier and her partner said price changed yesterday and they had to charge what was on the till. he refused to change to advertised price. By Canadian consumers law I had the right to ask for the product for free. And P.S. the price didnt change yesterday, my wife bought the same product 2 weeks ago and paid the same $4.99. very dishonest employees.

Oh and I went to the Petro in the city, they honoured the advertised price of $4.29.

Google has to start allowing for "0" stars, Well at least the Tim Hortons employees are honest.

Terrible experience, the pump said pay inside so I go inside to pay and the cashier has to do 2 transactions cause they messed up which is fine, get outside and the pump dosent work, their call for help button dosent work, once they finally recognise I need help they tell me to move to another pump that dosent work, to have to again move to another pump, making me ten minutes behind and late for work. Not impressed.

It's always a pleasure each time I visit but this time was great. Not only are the staff friendly, courteous and helpful, they adhere to the Covid-19 protocols which is reassuring to see.

My last visit was Christmas Eve and I was looking for mix. The clerk took the time to go to the back and get me a second 2 litre of what I was looking for as there was only one available for purchase. A small thing I know, but I was impressed given how busy it was.

I will go out of my way to return because of that great customer service experience!

Wow I just stopped to get gas there and I was met with the most rudest cranky gas attendant! She started saying to me right away, when I walked in holding my puppy that my puppy was not allowed in there. I said ' she is my support puppy. She said it doesn't matter dogs r not allowed in here. I said 'do you know what a support animal is?'. She said ' yes. I said I can show you her identification. She said ' no I don't need to see it, I know what a support animal is and they are not allowed in here". Then she added ' in case anyone in the store is allergic they are not allowed. I said ' well, my puppy is hypoallergenic and she doesn't even shed, so if there is still a problem I can go elsewhere. ' She reluctantly said 'well its ok then. I said ' not a problem I'll never come back here again.' I paid for my gas and left the store. What would've happened if my puppy wasn't hypoallergenic? Obviously this Petro-Can location does not care about support animals and their employees are rude and disrespectful towards those of us that need them, and our working furry companions. I will never go back there again!
