Absolument splendide !! Tout est très très propre et la disposition du patio et du spa permet une très bonne intimité. À l’intérieur, les pièces sont bien divisées et on a tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin, et spécialement pour faire à manger. Il y a 2 télévisions, une dans le salon, et une autre au-dessus du lit suspendue au plafond. Le lit, en mousse mémoire, est très confortable. La douche est neuve et on ne manque pas d’eau chaude. La porte d’entrée se déverrouille avec un code obtenu par courriel, et non avec une clé, ce qui permet de faire un check-in à toute heure de la soirée, si on est en retard, sans le stress de devoir trouver quelqu’un à une heure tardive. Finalement, son emplacement à Canmore est plus avantageux qu’à Banff, c’est-à-dire moins dispendieux, beaucoup plus facile et rapide pour accéder à l’autoroute, et le décor des montagnes tout autour est plus beau qu’à Banff, car les montagnes sont plus rapprochées et entourent la ville. Bref, vraiment rien à redire… un vrai 5 étoiles !!

We rented a condo for an overnight. Wish we could have stayed longer! We loved the little special touches, like a pretty little pouch of feminine products in the bathroom. Very clean and communications were great. Thank you!

This is an apartment with a great view and accommodations for those visiting with a family. My three year-old boy and six-year-old girl loved watching the trains pass. The noise was not bother at all. The Apartment was fully furnished which made it easy to prepare meals for our family. Also, The beds were very comfortable and we appreciated having a washing machine and dryer in the apartment. You should Definitely take advantage of the free park pass through the rental service. All in all we had a great stay. Thank you for a great experience within the Canadian Rockies at Canmore.

I recently stayed at a property managed by Rockies Rentals in Canmore, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The property was poorly maintained, with several significant issues that should have been addressed long before our arrival. The oven display was broken, the dishwasher was dangerously unsecured and nearly caused injury, the kitchen faucet was so loose it felt like it could break off at any moment, and the bathrooms were not properly cleaned. Additionally, many of the blinds were either broken or missing, the window cranks didn't work, and the steak knives were all missing.

To make matters worse, when I raised these concerns with management and requested a partial refund, they completely ignored my request. Instead of addressing the issues, they asked me to compile a list of the problems—something I certainly didn't plan to do on my vacation. Given the high cost of our stay, this level of neglect and lack of responsiveness from the management is unacceptable. I cannot recommend Rockies Rentals and suggest looking elsewhere for better-managed accommodations.

We had a great experience during our stay at Canmore Place 312. We had 2 couples in the 2 bedroom 2 bath condo and the pictures online are spot on. It is even nicer in person, very spacious, clean, and was stock with absolutely everything we needed. We cooked breakfast in the morning and made lunches for our hikes. The beds were comfortable and it is a quiet neighborhood. I’m a light sleeper and I didn’t hear much of anything.
I also Love this location. It is literally one block from the main shopping street downtown. Anytime we wanted to eat out for dinner, we could just walk downtown without having to drive and park. We had a rental car and loved the parking garage, which made it very convenient.

Canmore is a quiet town not far from the busier, more touristy Banff!
I really can’t think of anything negative to say about this place. It made our vacation even more enjoyable. I highly recommend it.

We rented a place from Rockies Rentals for a week and I couldn’t have been more pleased. From start to finish, it was such a pleasant experience.

They were all about the communication. We rented several months before our arrival so every time my card was going to be charged I received a notification. The week before arriving I got an email telling me what to expect. Along with pictures of the many different codes that were present where we stayed. The night before we left the rental we also got an email letting us know what we needed to do. I so appreciated the great communication.

The rental itself was wonderful. A beautiful place right in downtown Canmore. We were able to walk to most places that we ate.

The unit itself had many things that made things so easy for us. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, dishwashing soap and dishwasher soap, as well as toilet paper, ground coffee and some seasonings and other things. As someone that flew in this was so nice.

They also loaned us a park pass for Banff National Park. Super nice.

I would absolutely rent from them and can’t recommend them highly enough. Well done and many thanks.

We returned to the Sunshine Retreat and it was as we expected - amazing! All we had to do was bring our food and clothing. This time we were 8 adults and 7 children under 6. There was lots of room for everyone. The massive kitchen island and adjoining dining/living area is an automatic gathering area for eating, family discussions and playing games. And the Library just off the kitchen is a nice quiet spot if you need some alone time. Note that sound does carry easily throughout the house due to the open design, but it wasn't an issue for us. The bedrooms and adjoining bathrooms were amazing. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with spices and cooking utensils. The scenery out the windows is perfect. We took a family picture off of the deck and everybody wanted to know where we got the backdrop for our photo.

We stayed at Unit 2B for 5 nights. It was a very comfortable and cozy apartment and perfect for our family of 3. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials. The grocery store is right behind the unit on the other side of the tracks. The apartment is close to Banff National Park. The added benefit is the National Park Discovery Pass which saves you about 100 dollars for a 5-day visit. The only drawback is the lack of parking in the evenings as there are a couple of restaurants on the ground floor. But after 10PM, the parking lot is wide open. Would highly recommend the place to others.
