It was summer 2023 and I was experiencing significant changes and stress. During that time, I made a phone call to Strathmore Co-operators. I did not want any more “on-line & never see your agent service.” Suzan picked up my call and I explained a few personal details to her while she listened with great compassion. She suggested I come in and meet her the next day. When I walked into the office, I was greeted by Patricia who was warm, and friendly with her service.

To say that Susan was helpful would be a understatement; she was incredible at quickly understanding my specific needs and getting on the phone and changing everything for me and my new circumstances, when I was getting the run-around from another company.

I highly recommend the Strathmore Co-operators Office. I know Susan & Patricia will go the extra mile to be of service to you.
