I won a $150 gift card at the Walker Trail Run in Sackville, stopped by on my way back to Moncton to find them not open. I called Basil about redeeming a lesser amount than the $150 since I don't need anything from their store. The agreement was $75, as that was the donation to the race.

I call back to redeem the cash value, Basil denies me this. Says I will need to bring the gift certification over and then 'we can do something'... And that he will NOT be providing the cash amount, as agreed upon. Very disappointing.

I'm giving a 0-star for this.

IF YOU want a $150 gift certificate for the Bicycle Shop, please reach out to me and I will sell it to you for $75.

This company might do great things in the world of bicycles, but keeping their word is not one of them.

I am extremely disappointed with the service at this bicycle repair shop. They charged me an outrageous $55 just to fix the gear system, which I had removed to attach a support wheel. Putting it back should have been a simple task, but instead, they charged me more than half of what the entire bicycle originally cost, which was $100. This price seems unjustifiably high for such a straightforward repair. I wouldn't recommend this shop based on my experience with their unreasonable pricing and lack of value for the money.

I was visiting the area and needed some pedals changed on a bike. The staff were super helpful and friendly, recommended new pedals and changed them on the spot.

Great service and selection! I've bought helmets, snowshoes, Yak traks, lights and reflectors when walking the dog at night, get my skis waxed and sharpened, and my bike tuned up. A one stop shop for most of your outdoor equipment needs! (Plus Basil is always up for a friendly chat!). So happy this store is in our town!

Hmmmmm
So I believe I've been going here for mostly my hockey needs laces sharpening profiling to you personally he will configure you all up to how you're play style is etc.. believe I think it has definitely helped to improve my son's skating abilities.
All takes colors etc havebto check it out for yourself.
Also carry alot of bicycles.
Scooters I also believe I saw skateboards.
Also does repairs etc. Possible custom orders I'm unsure definitely great spot for more bang for buck. Then cdn tire.
