I'm not satisfied with the results this place provided for my laptop.
My laptop needed to be upgraded to solid state drives .
BJ at first said it would take a day to complete with his ssd cards he could provide. I felt confident he would be able to do the job.
The next day, I found a sale on ssd cards and asked if we could postpone the install date until I could drop off the new cards.
I waited 2 days and returned and was hoping he could fix it by the next day as we originally planned.
He then informs me it will take till Monday ( this was a Thursday evening ), so I relented and agreed to wait till Monday.
Monday rolls around, and I call at 11 am. to confirm pick up , I am then informed by the lack of confidence in his voice that he has not even started the job yet!
He then texted me for the code to access the laptop, and so I gave it to him, and he said by 4 it would be done.
At 3, I call, and he says he is having issues with the cloning ( perhaps this is not his fault, I will admit, but it's his job to know how to deal with this)
So then I have to get in touch again at 5:30 to see if he is having any process and he said to come .
I arrived to find my laptop not finished, and then he said I should come down so I could see the issue
I'm not a computer tech , I have no idea what to do .
He did not have it completed till 7 p.m., and the result i got was not satisfactory.
I still paid 80 dollars for this unfinished job because at least he fixed my mouse pad that did not work
He ignored my request to look into my battery.
This business clearly does not look after the interest of the clients.
I still can't use my laptop as I intended and now have to take it elsewhere to fix these outstanding issues I wanted this place to take care of .
DO NOT GO HERE .

I am very impress with the service of Next Gen Com Tech fixing my computer. My experience using their service is super excellent. Mr. Sid has gone the extra mile spending late hours to completely finish to do the job. I would highly recommend their service. Quality service, fast result. Thank you for so much.

Sid was great! Fast, friendly, flexible. Great pricing. Replaced the screen on my Dell laptop for MUCH cheaper than Dell or anyone else, and it only took 2 days. Will definitely return for future computer needs.

we contacted nextgen computer for our society computer upgrade we must say they were very fast, reasonable, and help full. they spend time with us to show how our things will with new windows trained us on it without any charge. Thanks for their help.

Stay away from this company... I brought my MacBook to fix a liquid damage. It took Sid a week only to tell me he can't fix my computer. He destroyed a chip on the motherboard and tried to outsource the work for a more experienced engineer to fix. This company is a joke and very unprofessional. Take my word and stay far away from them.
I got my MacBook repaired in less than two hours.. Sid is unprofessional, a liar and has no knowledge in fixing mac liquid damages. This company doesn't even deserve one star in my opinion.

Do not bring your computer here. Sid was not only unable to fix my laptop, but the issue is worse now. He does not communicate or update you with the work he's doing. He called me saying he lost my charging cord that I dropped off with my laptop, and when I finally came to pickup my laptop he gave me the wrong charging cord. Do not bring your computer here, I would give zero stars if possible.

"Very old laptop" - yeah right, it is only one year old!!! and I wasn't even informed about the part needed until nearly 48 hrs had passed! Real nice that you only apologize here while making excuses and not a single time over the phone or in response to my email!

These guys are a joke, DON"T TRUST them with anything. Although I was told they could fix my USB port and would only need 24 hours (turnaround was critical to me), 48 hours later i was getting excuses about a part and would have been lucky to even get it back on the 3rd day, but I didn't even give them the chance since the delay already royally screwed me for a critical meeting and he offered me no alternative when I told him I HAD to have it for the meeting (like picking it up since they hadn't touched it yet). Nobody bothered calling me to say why or if it would be ready in the 24 hrs, and the only person I could ever get a hold of was Sid, who was never in the office.
EVEN WORSE: I stopped in at 9:15 am on day 2, hoping it was ready, only to find the place (on 21 ST) dark, empty, but UNLOCKED! I could have just looked around for my laptop and taken it, or anything else for that matter, except that it felt wrong to even be there. When I informed the guy at the office later that day about this fact, he wasn't even surprised: "yeah, they don't lock up". DON'T put your property at risk. DON"T go to these guys.
