Paid $160 for a screen repair on a slightly cracked Moto X and now the screen has annoying blemishes that make it impossible to read anything on a white background. The webcam doesn't do the problem justice, but you will notice the deformations to the left of the screen.

Will not be going here again.

Mohammed Is a VERY rude and disrespectful person, He always treats me poorly when I go there to buy something. One time I bought a charger cable and after using it for a few weeks the charger caught on fire, I saw smoke coming out of my phone and I was really scared. I am never going back here again, these guys are scammers.

These guys were great with my shattered iPhone screen! I was able to walk-in and they were done in an hour. One hour and my phone looks, oh, so shiney and new. It was an awesome price (about $60 less than I expected to pay elsewhere)! Thank you so much, U Tech!

This has been a nightmare so far and it’s far from over. My wife’s iPhone 8 Plus screen got cracked and after having it in the shop for most of the day they reported to me that the front microphone wasn’t working and they needed more time to complete it. They resolved that problem but I noticed two more issues the professionals missed when I picked it up. There were blurry marks on the front facing camera and the phone was at 1% and would not charge. The next day I took the phone to the Apple Store and they found two more issues from their diagnostic test, all issues that hadn’t shown up even after the screen was cracked.
At this point I was faced with leaving it with Apple to fix the damage that Utech had caused to a fully functional four month old phone or take it back to someone I have no confidence in at all. Apple estimated the repair bill at $519. Utech offered a loaner flip phone after I asked for one but it is a T-Mobile unit that will not connect with my network. Just great. Now I have to take a third unnecessary trip to them. They said they would need to take it to someone “better than them” and will undoubtedly lose money on this repair. It will be a week before my wife has a smartphone again. I should have shelled out $220 for the Apple repair that would have kept my warranty in place.

I bought used mac mini late 2014, I thought everything is okey but phone jack is not working properly, every time i open the machine and use for youtube for music i need to unplug because there is no sound. i keep on sending message to the owner but he just seen my message. So disappointing and I don’t trust this store and i will never comeback…

I purchased a Phone about four months ago. Thought the battery died and they were using cheap made batteries. Went to buy a new battery so I could swap it and the gentleman made me test my phone to make sure. He wanted to make sure we fix the problem. Long story short it was crazy all my charging cables died around the same time. He coulda sol a battery but instead he fixed my problem and only made a couple dollars. This is great customer service!

My screen was completely broken my touch didn't even work and they completely fixed for a really good price better then anywhere else. Checked prices out all over Calgary and the best I could find. Very happy.
