Just received my phone case in the mail. Package came very quickly, a day before expected delivery time. CaseMogul did a great job with my custom case. Beautiful print. Exactly as I laid out on their website and fully wrap around the side of case. No white areas. Very happy with the quality of print and case. Highly recommended if you're looking to custom print something on the back of your phone case.

I needed my screen replaced on my Samsung A8 because it had cracked. Case Mogul had the best price at $120.00 and $10.00 off if you booked an appointment online. The employee who helped me was very friendly and replaced my screen in under an hour and a half. After getting it back I noticed that the screen would randomly change from a warm yellow light to a cool blue light. I brought it back and we changed a couple of settings and I was told if that didn't fix the issue to bring it back and they would check the connections, or install a new screen or give me my money back, whatever I wanted. I left feeling unworried that if the issue persisted that I would be able to get it fixed or be refunded. The issue did persist, so I brought it back and they replaced the screen without issue and it's working perfectly. Thank you very much!

Brought our phone in with ghost typing when charging after a screen replacement. Jeep was able to open the phone and see that there has a screw that was not in place correctly. They were able to replace the screen on warranty. Great customer service and great experience.

Staff were friendly and accommodating from the moment I contacted them. You do pay upfront for the parts they order (as a guarantee that you won't flake out and not pay them) but I feel that is fair. They break down the prices for you to explain why something costs what it does, how long it will take to come in – etc. When I wasn't able to pay for a secondary part that had to be ordered right away, they were kind enough to let me pay after installation.

I got my screen replaced for my Samsung S21+ here and I would not recommend them because two times they were not able to glue the back panel on correctly (first during initial repair, and again when I went back to get it fixed). Because of this, I'm scared to use the phone in the rain or near water. Not only that, but the microphone doesnt work well anymore, everyone complains about the sound quality when Im on the phone. Now I have to find a different repair shop that I can actually trust to fix the problems they created.
