“Annie From the Hood” is very friendly and knowledgeable. As an aging middle-age man, it is difficult for me to keep up with all of the new Apple products released every September. Today I went to see Annie about a charging problem with my external battery for my new (now already outdated iPhone 14 Pro).

She immediately diagnosed that the charger cable connector was too thick. She showed me the required cable and I was on my way. As a busy professional, I can’t have any down-time and Annie is my go to technical expert!

Dropped my phone off a cliff the screen stopped working, see photo. I brought it in and they were able to effectively analyze the issues and repair the phone in a hour! My phone works like new and there's even a 90 day warranty on the screen! Don't let the name fool you, not only they sell great products but they know their stuff when it comes to repairs.
