After calling around for days and no luck with other dealers, I luckily found R&S. In about 10 minutes over the phone, they were able to give me the parts and replacement info I was looking for as well as some good advice that ended up helping me fix our office's paper shredder.

I was able to diagnose the problem with our quite expense shredder. I talked to Ram at R&S about the parts which needed replacing. He identified them and ordered them from Fellowes that day. Parts arrived a week later and I installed them. Shredder works again!

Wow, after 10 years replacing machines because I couldn't get anyone to fix them, these guys said they would take a look. I now have one working machine and 3 more in to be looked at! I had these guys over for some service and repairs on our equipment. When I called I spoke to Ramsay and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. Gabriel the technician was out within the hour to repair the issues with my copier and service my other equipment. Prices are very fair and they only charge for the time Gabriel was here. Class A service! Highly recommend!

After my daughter shredded something with glue on it, our shredder jammed up. After calling around, R&S were the only company that was willing to speak with me to see if they could help. Ramsay suggested I bring my unit in to have it looked at. Once there he explained that the cost to repair my unit (something we got free on a Staples promo) would be more than buying a new one. I explained that we are a small home based business with little paper usage. He offered a great shredder that would accommodate our needs and was less than the cost of the repair to an outdated unit. Ramsay and Gaby even loaded it into my vehicle. Thank-you for your expertise.
