Answered the phone with, "Bill! Oh... Sorry, thought you were someone else." 😂 Fine and dandy, and then asks me who he's talking to, I told him my first name and he said he needed my last as well. I said rather him answer my previous question about pricing before I decide on wether I give him my information and he hung up on me. 😂 Easy tiger.

Charged individually for boxes ,when bundle prices are available and I bought bundles. Also almost doubled the price from uhaul. Will never go back.

Extremely disappointed with my experience. The customer service was incredibly lacking, with staff being quite rude. Despite a sign indicating a 15-minute wait, I ended up waiting for a full hour. The person in charge seemed inexperienced and untrained for their role. To make matters worse, I was charged an additional $200 on top of our agreed-upon price for the U-Haul truck. This experience has left me with no intention of recommending this establishment to anyone.

I rented a storage unit at this facility. On August 20th I was told I needed to give thirty days' notice which I did, and I paid for the next 30 days. Upon using his Uhaul service to move I left the empty locker unlocked with the plan to come back and clean it before the thirty days were up. I come to find out he has rerented the unit to someone else while I was still renting it. When I approach him saying I wanted in my unit that I had rented and had paid for, he said I hadn't paid and owed him money. He accused me of lying while I have receipts for all my payments and text messages from this loser. This guy is plastered all over the internet and Facebook for being a terrible business owner, he lies, double rents your unit and then if you raise a concern, he claims you owe him money and then says if you return it will be trespassing. DO NOT rent from this shyster as he will lie, cheat and steal from you. I have called U Haul to complain to the area manager about this guy's rudeness, lack of punctuality and over all slimy business dealings. BE SAFE and don't rent from BEE SAFE. The units leak and are wet and your stuff will end up mildewed and water damaged.

Just called to ask about a storage unit (with no experience of ever renting one before) and the guy that answered asked me what size and when i need it for (pretty normal) so I was just like I'm not too sure maybe a 12x16 or 9×16 then immediately he said "those are weird sizes but ok." Kind of smug. So I just explained how i wasnt sure what sizes are available and he began to rant about apartment storage and proceeded to ask what size my apartment is and how many bedrooms, I answered but said I dont see how this is relevant, and then he just said "well, I dont see how I can help you, bye now!" With an attitude. I was kind of taken back, would not recommend this service.

We had our trailer parked there for exactly one month. Upon return to get our trailer out for the long weekend in May 2016 we found that the trailer that was parked beside us was moved over closer to us where we could not even walk between the trailers to remove the chucks.

The owner of the company is very rude. We called to tell her that we would no longer require the spot and asked is she needed anything in writing and barked at my wife and said "nope she has noted the phone call". We had paid in advance 2 month rental along with a $75.00 deposit and understood that we would lose the rental money but would have the deposit returned. I was informed tonight with talking to the owner and again encountered her rudeness and she stated we would not be reimbursed anything. This company does not conduct business in a appropriate professional manner. STAY AWAY as she will rip off you too!!!. I have pictures of the two trailers together as proof. Ensure you question how explains the rental process as she is not very clear!

We arrived to pick up our Uhaul car trailer and discovered that the Uhaul truck wiring didn't activate any trailer lights. Alistair (Ali) spent the next 2 hours (after normal business had closed) to re-wire the trailer and get it working. Very nice man and excellent at customer service. He went out of his way to show that 'old school' job commitment and kindness still exists. Many thanks.

I rented a unit for 28 months and was paying twice the rate. When I asked for a receipt at the end of my rental term, they stopped communicating with me. I never received a receipt. Not a professional or trustworthy company.
