Purple Cow sent a Cabco technician to my house to relocate the router to the living room. The clearly very lazy technician arrived and refused to move it, told us to get wifi extenders and left.
After this terrible experience, I’m cancelling and getting Starlink.

Cabco showed up to fix my neighbours wifi and in doing so completely knocked mine out and now I do not have internet until eastlink or cabco decide to come back and fix it. “They are looking into the issue”. Great way to move an entire apartment building worth of customers to their competitors.

One of their techs came in to my home to set up Eastlink service and stole from me. The company refuses to take any accountability and just stopped short of calling me a liar. Part of the manager's response included trying to make me feel guilty that the tech could lose his job or get charged... Incredibly poor management of the situation. I will never let a Cabco employee near my house again, and highly recommend you don't either.
