Great selection & return policy. I got some awesome suspender boots there for my dog that were too big, and was able to return them easily and get the right size. They promote other local businesses, which is awesome.

I’ve been taking my golden here since she was a puppy for baths and other needs. Ashley and Tom are incredibly dedicated to their customers and staff and they really know their stuff when it comes to pet products! The staff are always friendly and helpful and the store is always clean and really well organized. Thanks for all you do, Didsbury Pet Valu!

Ashley and her staff are incredibly kind and helpful!
We frequent the dog bath, with our German Wirehaired Pointer, and love having this service available in town.
Today we stopped in on our way home from Red Deer - Calvin had major surgery and we needed some pill pockets.
Tara was kind as always, and compassionate. She came out to see Calvin in our vehicle. This in itself was touching. We also shared tears and she offered me a big hug.

The best place to shop for all your pets needs. If they don't have what you need ask one of the knowledgeable staff as they might be able to order it for you. Take advantage of the beautiful self serve bathing area, complete with shampoo and towels and treats for your pet too! Dryers are also available to use too! Need your pets nails trimmed? Call and book an appointment to get them done in store. One stop shopping with the best products at the best prices!

Love my local Pet Valu! Always greeted with a smile from the friendly staff. The prices are reasonable, the stock is plentiful and the dog wash is amazing! You can even find plenty of seasonal events from holiday pet photos to fundraisers for rescues. Thanks for being a great part of our community.

We took our dog here to be fitted for winter and we had so much fun! The quality and selection for boots and coats was amazing. They sell all the best dog food, treats and toys and are going to bring my dog food in-store for me. The bathing station is well designed, affordable and comes with everything you need. The customer service is priceless, this is our favorite pet store.

Always greeted with a smile and always asked if there’s anything I need help with as soon as I walk in! Good product knowledge and if anything is not in stock or you cant find what you need, they will look it up for you and will bring it in on their next delivery if its within their ability to do so. I enjoy the environment here and the cleanliness of the store all seasons, is top notch! Needless to say I love them!
