Left my dealership after an oil change in Edmonton, skid plate from my car ended up coming loose and I needed a tow to the Calgary dealership to have it repaired. I was told the tow truck would be an hour but 20 minutes later my driver showed up! He was fast to get me loaded up on the tow truck and got me quickly to the dealership. Highly recommend!!

Took an hour just to order a service truck to help with a tire change, and then almost another hour to find out they would only tow me somewhere and not help change the tire because I was on the highway. Told them several times I was off the highway on a Township road. Don’t waste your time, I have Fountain Tire coming to my rescue for less than half the cost.

My Husband and I were caught on QE2 mid-Sunday afternoon rush with a burnt out clutch. We had the pleasure of meeting Dave a short time later on the side of the busy highway. Our drive was 71kms to our mechanic and Dave was just the right amount of professional, friendly, and personable. He cares a lot about what he does and was just a really nice fellow. RES-Q is really lucky to have an employee like that.

Stranded on hiway 2 today and no thanks to AMA to get us a tow truck. We were RES Qued by this company and it was fantastic! The driver was so friendly and the service was outstanding! If you happened to be driving by us northbound on hiway 2 between Carstairs and Crossfield and a lady in a pink hat was flipping you off for not slowing down we hope you have the day you deserve. Slow down and move over for these drivers to do their job. Thank you to this company for providing a valuable and worthy service!!

Don't EVER go here. They charged me $500 for a 10km tow!!! The guy who arrived on scene had a real attitude. He charged me $70 just in clean up fees which consisted of picking up 2 pieces of small metal off the road. On top of that they scammed me by making me sign over my car for scrap hidden in when I signed the bill. When I tried to claim my car the next day he demanded an additional $250 to re sell me my own vehicle. Insurance won't cover the accident and I'm broke cause of this. The guy had no compassion and only cares about ripping you off and stealing your stuff. I broke down crying begging for my car. He refused and started swearing, violently threatened me and chased me yelling and screaming get out of his business. This was the day after the incident and I slipped a disk in my neck and had a cracked knee cap. All that didn't seem to bother the owner when he literally made me run for the safety of my life. I'm having to take this guy to civil court in order to get my personal belongings back. The RCMP are of course useless and won't help. Bill is a total nut! Watch out!

I called Re-Q Towing and my service was amazing. The driver was ablest to pick me up as I had my car keys and we drove to where I ditched. He managed to get my car out of the ditch safely and securely that I amwastill able to drive "Ted the Toyota"
