Loomis tracking suggested package had left Edmonton but not arrived in DV yet. I stopped at the depot to find out why it was taking so long to find out it was returned without contact and without updating that the package had arrived.

Appreciate being able to get items that won’t ship to my rural PO box. And $5 is ok to pay for that on most items. But you really have to track the package because they don’t always let you know that it is there. I am apparently in their system so they should be able to even if shipment didn’t give a contact. I have had three items in the last 6mo that they had for several days before I checked on line to find out it had been delivered. They totally are confused when you have more than one package showing up it seems. But thats ok, I know to not trust them to tell me and that usually works.

I'd like to say that although I'm giving a low star rating the ladies were friendly and not rude. Just not helpful.

I ordered a package from UPS and recieved confirmation that it had been delivered to this UPS dropoff location.

I drove in from 30 minutes away and was told my package was not there. The lady took down my name and phone number and went to the back to look for my parcel. She returned a couple minutes later confirming it hadn't been delivered. She said she'd call me when my package arrived.

I left the store and called UPS. They confirmed the parcel had been delivered that morning before noon. It was 4pm when I had gone in.

The next day I receive a followup call from UPS asking if I had been able to pick up my package. We were on a day trip so I called GO west to confirm if my package was indeed there. The lady let me go and called back shortly after saying that it was and my number wasn't on the parcel. (The lady from the day before took my number down exactly for this reason). When I mentioned this to her she said the package must gave shown up after I had left. I called UPS back to ask if it was a possibility. No, it had been delivered in the morning not afternoon.

I'm upset b/c when I insisted my package was there the lady couldn't be bothered taking a longer look. And then couldn't admit it was there the whole time. Playing it off as my fault b/c I didn't wait for them to call. Which they never would have since my number wasn't on the parcel. She also told me that UPS never sends text notices to let you know when packages have been scanned in at their dropoff location. Which they do.

Excellent service and advice when I needed confidential court documents sent inter-provincial and to another province. Assisted me with all the required documentation and instructed me with the tracking and follow- up information.
Would recommend them to anyone in Drayton valley and surrounding areas.

Go West was able to assist me with transferring my phone from a different provider. They were efficient and easy to deal with. The staff was very willing to offer advice and help with all of my issues in store.

I was treated poorly and not equally, also apparently when you leave a poor review you get bashed on Social media and lied about!! I replied to the enquiry about my review, I was not screaming mad , nor did I tell them to keep my package!
