Wow! I've seen disorganized companies before but this one takes the award for all time disorganized. A friend's business got hacked and money in the tens of thousands was being stolen by the minute. I called IT Weapons but kept getting the GTA service desk. Twice I called into the service desk but they weren't even sure if there was an office in the Halifax area, despite the website saying there was. When I asked if they did the emergency work like what my friend was looking for they said they were not sure, probably yes, but I would have to wait for a sales call back, and that could take some time. Unfortunately, in this situation, time was literally money! I don't recommend you call this company if you are in a pinch; instead, use your time more wisely.
