We were driving from Jasper to Edmonton, and 10 minutes before we get to Edson our right rear came off. Brad was not only extremely professional, but also nice, patient and understanding of the stress we were dealing with. He helped us to find a mechanic and recommended things to do while we were waiting. I’m so happy that happened just outside Edson because this company saved us!

I had family in Edson last month which unfortunately lead to a family members car being towed and impounded at Advantage. I started dealing with Laura and let me tell you. For such a stressfull time and all the head aches and phone calls needing to be done. Laura was always there to help. Even through the Edson evacuation they helped us.

We picked up the car today and Laura was amazing! I cant say enough good things about this company and its people. They helped us out to make everything go smoothly.

Advantage just picked our dead Honda CRV out of our garage to take it to the shop. Very professional and courteous service provided by their staff. Mr. Lee Fossheim was the epitome of professionalism and is a heck of a nice guy. They gave us a pretty good deal as well. Who can ask for more? I will very definitely recommend Advantage Towing.

Called for a quick winch out due to being in a not safe position on a side hill and they said they didn't have anyone until sometime the next afternoon, and refused to call in another driver to come do the call.
Our situation could have ended very poorly for both for the vehicle and the occupants of the vehicle if assistance wasn't found.

I went in to the ditch about 15 minutes from Edson and they were as prompt as could be expected. The driver Sam was very courteous and did a very good job of pulling me out of the ditch. I would recommend them to anyone as this was also on Boxing Day and the first place we called was not open.

Wow! I just can't say enough great things about this company. I was driving my son to Fort Mac and got sidelined by a breakdown 30 minutes west of Edson at 8:30 PM. Called AMA and they left me there to die! Theystill haven't called me back and there online App wouldn't work. Called Advantage and they busted their butts to get a flat deck out to grab me and my son. Did I mention it was minus 32! Dropped my car at the dealer and he drove me to a hotel in his own truck. Absolutely outstanding group of people.

My RV slid off the road in bad weather in an area with no service on Highway 40. The operation took several days and advantage towing kept me updated and comfortable the entire time. Great service, especially for such a difficult job.

Been towed by this company multiple times over the last 5 years. Always get to me in a timely manner and have treated me with respect every time. I imagine they tend to give the attitude they are given. As I've always been respectful that is what I've received. They are my go to for towing.
