Visited the Darmouth location to repair a cracked iPhone 8 screen ($80). Replacement was of poor quality and poorly done, and the screen cracked 2 days later while just in my pocket. The technician admitted they didn't use any adhesive to hold the screen on, which is clearly why it cracked as it wasn't seated around the edges. Instead of doing a warranty repair they charged me another $60. For $195 I could have had Apple do it properly with an Apple quality replacement screen and a real warranty. Reached out to the company and got zero response. Disappointed, and do not recommend for iPhone repairs.

Had a problem with my Galaxy S8 Phone, could not hear incoming phone calls. Walked in the door, and explained my problem to the employee. He took my phone into the back and in less than 5 min. returned and handed me my phone with a recording playing that I could hear almost 18" away from my ear. Thank you very much for the quick and very prompt and polite service, and there was no charge.

I was more than willing to pay for this service as my phone was next to useless in the condition that I brought it in. I will make sure I recommend your services far and wide.

Went in thinking my iPhone 11 charging port was broken but the guy working kindly took it and cleaned it out for free. Now it works great! I also had a screen replaced at this location for an old iPhone 8 years back that has held up well.

My phone bricked at it's loading screen. I couldn't reboot it at all. I was on the way home and saw Geebo and stopped in. The guy checked the phone , showed me how to properly reboot it , checked it out visually and showed me that it had a slight curve in the body which might have caused it to brick. It took less than 5 minutes and he wouldn't take any cash. He now has a customer for life...

Prior reviews didn’t lie: quick and easy service! Tried to get a few quote from shops around town and most didn’t reply and others just wanted you to walk in with no price/time quote or confirms they had the parts in stock.

Geebo gave me quote by email within 2 days, requested I call to have inventory confirmed (which they did), I walked in next day where they gave me a price confirmation and pickup time (1hour). The tech also looked over my phone with me to confirm the damage/fix before I left; returned an hour later, phone was ready and was encouraged to check it there. The shop looked worse for wear but if their profits are going to staff and not flashy decor that’s great.

Extremely pleased with the very genuine, transparent process, and fair pricing. Won’t bother with any other repair place now
