I had a great service experience here with a friend's computer many months ago, and now have had good repair service on my own computer as well. I was very satisfied with the work done, and the friendly casual attitude with options given to save me money. He did a good dust clean out as well to avoid future trouble.

I'd give a 4.5 if I could, they worked fast and efficiently, my only complaint is when they put my pc back together, there could have been a little more care put in, a wire was in the wrong spot, and the wiring job was a bit of a mess. That's just nit picking though overall experience was excellent and fairly priced!

A brand new drive I bought for a client project failed a couple of days into the project. It was not recognized in any device it was plugged into. I thought I had lost all of the work. George at the Hard Drive Cafe was able to not only restore data, but the raw files to the point that they could be processed again. (at a very affordable rate I might add) so relieved.

Best service ever. I have brought computers to george a couple times and always have received excellent and timely service.
This week we had an issue and George was able to look at the computer right away and resolved the issues. He even talked us through network issues we were having at home. I highly recommend the Hard Drive Cafe.

These guys are magicians. If you've got some routine computer hiccup like a damaged power plug or software glitch, by all means take it your local nerd shop. But, if you've got a really ugly problem - like the infamous laptop brand which protects its motherboard against overheating by blowing up the SSD - you need to go see the Hard Drive Cafe people. I was told by one shop that the battery had failed, the laptop was not fixable and the SSD content was gone forever. Hard Drive Cafe resurrected the laptop and recovered the data from the fried SSD. The battery was fine, BTW. Overheating was apparently caused by poor ventilation design.

I came to this store to retrieve my photos/videos from my hard drive (I had dropped my hard drive and it wasn’t working anymore), after paying him 50$ to inspect the hard drive, he told me he left it plugged in over the weekend and there’s nothing the program could do. Disappointed, I asked him for my hard drive. He gave me an open hard drive without the protecting case. I asked him for the case and he told me that he lost it but it wasn’t needed for the hard drive.

I left and hoped I could find someone to fix my hard drive. COME TO FIND OUT, they gave me someone else’s hard drive. I finally got it looked at by professionals, and this isn’t my original hard drive. So not only did I lose all my photos/videos, they somehow kept my personal belongings or gave them to someone else.

Definitely avoid this company at all cost.

This is THE best place to get your laptop fixed or cleaned. We had spilled juice all over our Macbook keyboard, and George was able to repair with no problem. The prices are unbeatable. Regardless of whether you have a tech question or issue, these guys know their stuff!

He quickly and efficiently identified the problem with my computer, honestly communicated the costs involved in fixing it vs data recovery, and provided all services at an incredibly reasonable cost.
