Stayed at this hotel last night for a wedding get together. Our bartender Nicole or Nikki was absolutely perfect. She catered to our every need. Fast, friendly service. The rooms were ok but it was a very windy night and we lost power at 5am for a few seconds and it seemed like the heat never built up in the rooms after that. Overall, great experience. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Had new years eve reservation for 11 people for 7pm..all the other reservations were made to wait in foyer for 45 min..service was unprofessional. Server puts order in and still we were asked what we ordered. We were not asked if we wanted a drink. I asked for a cocktail list and was told I had to go to the bar to order. Dining room was not prepared for the amt of guests. Some people had to wait 40 min at front desk to pay. Not a good experience at all.

Dated, smelly, and terrible service. The Inn is showing its age, the furniture is as though it is from a thrift store. The rooms are clean but smell of the smokers that used to frequent the place. The service was diabolical, we had to wait 15 mins to get bar service because the server was having a cigarette, even though she knew we were waiting. We then had to find someone to check out and that was quite a painful experience.

I’ve stayed at hotels in Newfoundland and Alberta and gotta say worst experience I’ve had Rooms are garbage and out of date, for the quality of the room it should have been $50 a night not $150. Gotta say front desk and servers were very nice but house cleaning women had to be one of the rudest people I’ve ever had a encounter with , 10/10 would NOT RECOMMEND this place so many nicer air BNB in the town for a better stay and same price.

Dropped in there for supper this evening. Waitress kept getting our order wrong and kept coming back and asking what we said we wanted. Main course was fine once she got it right. Was not even going to ask if we wanted dessert. We asked for dessert. No pies available. There were 3 of us. Our cakes were frozen. I could barely get my fork down through it. No idea what it tasted like because it was frozen. Will not go back there again. Very bad service.

We were just stopping for the night while on our mini Newfoundland Road trip. The room was booked in advance and as we came into Lewisporte, late at night, unfortunately nothing was open to eat at except McDonald's as far as I could tell. The room was very nice although the hotel was under renovations , this didn't seem to affect us at all. The hotel has an associated restaurant which was nice for a hot tasty breakfast early in the morning before we hit the road. Great price, nice room, good food! Would definitely stay again.

Our first room had an awful odor. They changed us to another room, which was not much better. Customer service was great. The folks that work here are super nice, but the building is under renovation and needs to be brought up to standards. Beds were comfy and rooms were looking clean but smelly.

I only stopped in for food.
The dining room is big and spacious. Gives the impression of being clean. The menu has a selection of home cooked meals. The food was good and portions were generous. Service is a little slow from the time you walk in. Wouldn't suggest if you're in a rush to get anywhere, but a good spot for a meal with the family.
