If you get a few years trouble free your lucky !
Decided to buy a refurbished corporate leased Dell from Chad @TBC Speak with Chad to explain why !

My 2 year old laptop began to show display issues. Before taking it to TBC, I have taken these to 2 other local spots and they had attempted to fix the issue but neither ended up fixing the screen. Bought an LCD screen replacement and took it to TBC last Wednesday where Chad explained in-depth details of what could've caused the issue along with the best solution for it. 2 days later I get a call that the part has been replaced and the display issue has now been fixed. Very fair pricing and quality service. Chad is one of the most knowledgeable technicians I've worked with and I'm completely satisfied with the work done. This will be my go-to place for when I am experiencing PC issues in the future.

Came in Wednesday after having terrible BSOD issues and restart loops on custom desktop PC..
Chad was able to diagnose it as a fried CPU caused by an underpowered fan and was able to help install the new parts that he had recommended by Saturday (and fixed BIOS issues). Very very very knowledgeable and helped save the long weekend. I learned a lot about what was wrong with my PC and now have a better understanding.
Best PC shop around, come here if you need repairs!

Beyond fantastic! Went in with my computer when the hard-drive failed and wouldn't boot up. They were able to retrieve all my data and load it onto a new hard-drive. They also fixed my cpu fan and a few other minor issues. It only took a few days to get my computer back and running better than ever. Highly knowledgeable, professional and friendly.

Pricing was incredible for the service. Other places quoted 30% more and at least 2 weeks for the work to get done just for the hard-drive issue.

Do yourself a favor and have your computer needs done at this local shop.

Excellent, and friendly, service. My son was having issues with his gaming laptop and we dropped in a few times and spoke with Chad. Would highly recommend and this will definitely be our destination for any computer issues!
