I got a little worried that the technician wasn't going to show up a little after 3pm. I emailed the company and they assured me that they would be here. Shortly after I received a call from Miranda. She assured me that she would be here and that they were running late. When she arrived we went around the outside, addressed the bait boxes and holes created by rodents. She then came inside and addressed my concerns inside. She was very professional and explained everything. She was amazing. Even my dog was comfortable with her and followed her as she completed her job. Much appreciated Miranda. Thanks so much.

We had a mouse problem in our rental property. Mark, the Orkin technician, showed up and went to work evaluating the property for possible entryways and giving advice on how to remedy the issue. He then set out a variety of traps and enclosed poison devices. Within a few days, we began to see the results. On the third follow-up visit, all traces of mice were gone. Very happy customers!

Clarence is amazing. He was prompt even though the weather wasn't nice, and so efficient. He answered all our questions and made sure we were happy when he left. I can not say enough good about Orkin.

Hello. The Orkin Rep came by while we were not at home and rang the bell. It looks like he checked the bait stations. He came around 12:30 pm. I was under the impression that he normally came between 1 and 3 pm. We had no problems with rats so far this winter so we had nothing to report to him. It would have been nice to chat to him though.
