I would give 0 stars. The customer service is beyond horrible. They shipped a computer without the power cord and I have been calling them for more than 3 weeks to please send one. Instead of shipping one out the matter has to be discussed with a project manager who then only offers for me to drive to the store to pick one up. I will never buy here again

I stopped shopping at other electronics stores nearly 5 years ago - because Canada Computers & Electronics has the best staff, best prices, and best customer service.

I recently had an issue with two malfunctioned/defective items back to back (and while it was highly unusual) manager Alec helped me find a perfect replacement product and made me feel a lot better about the experience.

Great store, great staff, great Manager.

I can’t speak for other reviews, and the lesser stores could be very valid, but for a shopper who knows what they want and need, it’s a pretty painless shopping experience which avoided us having to order things online that we needed more quickly.

Even though it’s a computer store, they have a lot of figures, toys and other merchandise. My smallest has autism and the cashier Tess was watching us and when she saw that my daughter wanted something in a case she asked me if we’d like it opened. I said yes and she came right over, opened it and let my daughter take a min to pick what she wanted. She didn’t invade my daughter’s space and she even made it so my daughter didn’t have to let go of it to ring it in. She just had whatever the code was and put it with something I already had at cash. Very helpful with little ones and intuitive to different needs. I really appreciated that as we were on a long drive that was already pushing her buttons lol Thank you!

Excellent service from Jordan B.

Today I brought in a higher end work desktop for repair. I had already done forum research and tried part swapping to diagnose the issue with no luck.

When I came in, I was immediately helped, and to try and save me time, Jordan tested some of the easy things on the spot for me. When it wasn’t something simple, he got me in for the next available spot and kept me updated on what was happening. He fully diagnosed and fixed the problem in only a couple hours, and got the computer back to me before the end of the day.

Overall I was very happy with the communication and timeliness of the service. Jordan was professional and great to work with. I hope he is well paid and appreciated by the company.
